1. I have a pretty good immune system. It's all because I work with snotty-nose kids. I have taken cold medicine one day this school year (knock on wood). Part of my healthy immune system is due in part to taking vitamins daily. I am so mature that I take Flintstone gummies vitamins with extra C. My mom would always try and get me to take vitamins, but I never liked to and couldn't seem to make a habit of it. That was until I discovered these great vitamins. I think more medicine should come in gummy form. Why not have gummy Advil/Tylenol/Aleve?
3. I recently found this cute dress at Old Navy. http://oldnavy.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=15292&vid=1&pid=752950 Although it says red plaid it looks more orange in person. I thought the dress was lovely, but maybe too orangy for me. I don't wear orange. I don't like orange. Yes, it has to do with football, but it's not the only reason. I don't own orange things. I haven't worn orange since middle school. It was one of our school colors. I need to wear it out and get other people's opinions regarding my orangy dress.
4. I have seven weddings to go to this fall. I am only going to six due to two of the weddings being on the same day. I am looking forward to seeing friends and all the pretty brides. I am looking forward to my friend Carrie's wedding mainly because it will be in Tuscaloosa and the reception will be in the zone, the end zone. I haven't visited that part of the stadium. I will also get to see the new south end zone. Well, at least the outside of it before football season kicks off. I am secretly hoping the new Nick Saban bronze statue is up by then.
5. Speaking of weddings...if I ever get married (I am not always convinced that I will) the first thing I will register for is a KitchenAid stand up mixer. I love them! They are so pretty. It will probably be silver or crimson maybe black. I recently bought a hand mixer for myself. It was a KitchenAid mixer. It was well worth the extra money. I might just buy myself one when I turn 30 and I am still single.
