Here is the crust filled with the chocolate chip cheese cake batter.
How good does that look?! My finished masterpiece! After the eating began!
I took this to my Grandmother's house for Easter. I had a lot left over, which is not to say that it wasn't good because it was. A house full of diabetics don't eat large portions of cheesecake. I brought home over half of it. So this morning I starting slicing up the cheesecake and put the pieces into gladware containers. I passed them out at school and everyone there loved them too! I loved the cheesecake and had two pieces myself. However, I don't want my cooking resolution to cause me to gain weight so I only make sweets to share. I didn't need have a chocolate chip cheesecake tempting me in my fridge!

So glad the cheesecake turned out! I told you it was easy. A time saving tip: You don't have to do the crust up the sides if you're short on time. I usually just do the flat part of the bottom and a tiny bit of the sides to make sure the batter doesn't leak out. Hope that you're having a great week!
