BBQ nachos are a personal favorite of mine. They remind me of football, because that is usually the only time I get to eat them. They serve Dreamland bbq nachos at the stadium. Even better than Dreamland (yes, it is possible) are the bbq nachos from Big Bad Wolves. How cool of a name is that? Big Bad Wolves sets up a mobile bbq operation downtown on the strip during the football weekends. So in an effort to get myself through away games and the months outside of football season I made my own version of bbq nachos. Yum!
Directions for making bbq nachos
Cook pork tenderloin. I cooked mine in my new crock pot. I shredded the meat and added almost an entire bottle of bbq sauce. Put the meat on top of a bed of nacho chips and add cheese dip on top. I prefer the Mission brand of cheese dip, because it doesn't have peppers and seems more like nacho cheese.
